Mobile vs Desktop Display issue: Java Mike Oliver Theme

Hi,

I am working with the Mike Oliver Java Theme and noticing that the original "Java" logo on the homepage mobile (not desktop) is still displaying "Java" despite having been permanently deleted in the media library.

Where might this "java" logo live in the mobile settings so I can delete?

Note the "java" logo I am referring to came stock with the original theme.
