Hi there,
I would like to seek your help as the mobile view of my website is not displaying the menu bar.
Do you know how I can resolve this?

StaffCustomer SupportHello,
Can you first make sure a Slideout Menu is selected in Customizer > Menus > Menu Locations.
If the above is already selected, try #1 on this page: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/
If either of those helped, can you provide link to your site so we can have a look?

It seems that it is the Themify builder plugin that is affecting the navigation bar fro appearing on the mobile view. I guess I will have to deactivate the plugin whenever I want my site to go live?

StaffCustomer SupportI would suggest trying a different page builder plugin.
There are lots other reputable options out there with more active installs/users and better review/support!Documentation: http://docs.generatepress.com/

Thanks for the help. Are you able to recommend me a builder plugin that is easy to use and popular?

StaffCustomer SupportBeaver Builder (https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/beaver-builder-lite-version/) and Elementor (https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/elementor/) are two popular ones people often use!

Dear Tom,
I would like to stick to my builder because all my content are built with it. The problem is not with the website seen on the desktop but on the mobile phone. How am I to paste a link?

Dear Tom,
Thanks for the help. I have decided to install the Elementor builder plugin after trying it out and will be transferring all my content over.
