[Support request] Mobile View Does Not Show Product Title, Description and More

I am using the current theme 3.1.3 also the 2.1.2 version of GP Premium. I am also using a child theme.

My problem is that on mobile view of a Single Product page, the product image will show up just fine but everything below it like, Product Title, Short Description, Options and Add To Cart Button are gone. It’s like it’s not loading properly and everything that should be below the image on mobile view is cut off and floats to the right. I do not have this problem on tablet view or desktop view.

After checking plugins, I disabled the GP Premium plugin, deactivated the GP theme and Activated the WordPress Storefront theme and the mobile view showed up fine. So I was wondering what I can do to fix this?

in Customizer > General – what is the Structure set to ?

Structure is set to: Floats
I haven’t changed anything in that section so I guess it has always been set to that.

Can you try changing it to Flexbox
