I thought I had this site done, but something strange is happening. When I load the mobile version (either on dev tools or on an actual mobile site) site loads fully but all content can slide left leaving a white bar on the side of the site. On android and PC (dev tools) this goes away when I scroll far enough down that the sticky menu engages. On Apple it doesn’t matter it seems to stay wider than it needs to be. Can you help me figure out what’s going on?

    Hi Josh,

I believe this post should help:
    https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/white-space-when-swiping-right-left-on-mobile/

If you want the container to be full width, make sure the theme container is set to full width:
    https://docs.generatepress.com/article/content-container/

This can be done globally with a layout element as well:
    https://docs.generatepress.com/article/layout-element-overview/

    Let me know 🙂

Leo, I have removed all full width from each container on the hover menu (when I hover over a container in the menu that pops up I’ve chosen “none”). I set the page to be full width. I left the “container width” in the layout section on the right of the page as “full width”. I’m still getting the same issue. When I scroll down and the sticky menu finally loads the issue goes away but it’s very annoying. Any other suggestions?

    Hi Josh,

Can you disable the sticky navigation for now for us to inspect?

I disabled it. Strange though, the issue still happens. There is a delay and then the site “rights” itself.

    the issue still happens.

So this issue is not related to the sticky navigation.

It’s likely caused by the animations you added to the “We represent 1500+ healthcare facilities” section.

Can you try disabling the animation for that section?

I figured this out. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
