MOBILE VERSION NOT WORKING

Hi!
I've been using the theme for a while and about...2 months ago I started to lose visits. Today, auditing my website I just realize that the mobile version is not working!

Could some expert please take a look? It seems like it does not recognise the mobile breakpoints...
is there a way to open a ticket?
