So it’s saying there are 59 blocked resources. When clicking learn more, they give us these reasons why resources may be blocked: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6352293#blocked-resources
You may want to contact your hosting company to see if they can spot anything on their end. A robots.txt file etc.. might exist and might be causing the issues.
