I actually did the lighthouse report and it came back all green. I'm a bit confused about how to fix these...

I ran a couple of mobile friendly tests - here is the last one:

It passes, theirs no loading issues and the preview looks correct.

It may be a simple case that Google Bot had difficulty accessing the site or its resource limit was low so failed to load all requirements during its test.

You should be able to recrawl and validate the 'errored' pages in your google console.
