Mobile strange behavior

Seems I've managed to mess up something with the mobile version.
When I enable mobile header, it doesn't show, and when I disable it, it shows.
The mobile menu doesn't show at all (but shows in customizer preview).
I tried enabling and disabling secondary navigation, but get similar "opposite" behavior.

I don't use jetpack (but many other plugins).
Any ideas?
It looks like the Hummingbird Cache plugin you have activated.
It seems to be combining all of your CSS, and in doing so is hiding the mobile header along with other display:none selectors.
How's your performance with the caching plugin? Have you compared it with doing some of the techniques here?: https://generatepress.com/fastest-wordpress-theme

I have deleted Hummingbird. Much better now (especially with Autoptize, async js, etc).
