Mobile Site vs. "View Full Site"

Hi GP,
When I look at my site from an iPhone it is totally reduced to a barebones website with none of my designs/content present unless you scroll to the bottom and press "View Full Site."
Is there any way to make the full site the only option so that phones won't see this version when they come to my site?

Are you using Jetpack?
If so try turning off Jetpack mobile theme in Jetpack > Settings.
