[Support request] Mobile Responsive Site

Hi

Is there a simple way to make my mobile site responsive?

I have created my desktop, but in the mobile text does not adjust, images aren’t dynamic. In fact, mobile is awful!

Is there a tutorial to help?

How can I use percentages to scale as I move from desktop to mobile?

Is there a proper way to set up the site, so mobile is responsive “out of the box” so to speak?
