Mobile optimization in my web

Hello everyone. My website with the default GP template gives me 89/90 score in mobile with https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ but when I put a traditional GP Premium template it went down to 73/75... could I improve it? I am interested in having a good score in the mobile score.

Hi i will try with Autopimize but now I have installed WP Cloudflare Super Page Cache (I need deactivate??) Thanks
