Mobile only sticky navigation on the bottom

If you view this site on mobile:
You'll notice at the bottom is a sticky nav (but configured for contact such as call, text, email etc.)
Anyway to do that with GeneratePress? It will be a secondary navigation.

You should be able to achieve this in GP with some code. Are you wanting it only on mobile as well?
