Mobile Off Canvas Menu

Morning, my website is using WP Version 5.6.1, GP theme 3.0.2 and Plugin 1.12.3. Following a long build all set to go live today; however, on mobile the menu is not displaying off canvas menu. The hamburger is there but click on it and nothing appears. Weirdly it is working on Appearance-Customise in mobile view.
I have followed your support guide links to set-up (some don't seem that up-to-date), emptied cache and tried on Safari and Chrome.
Obviously toggling in and out of maintenance live page to check if any tweaks have enabled the function to re-appear is causing issues (particularly as client is poised for the site to go live).
Would be really grateful for your help.
