[Support request] Mobile number on header or primary navigation

Hi, can you pls help me out in adding a mobile number on the header or primary navigation? I am using such a call to action for our new website Local SEO Agents. We are using generate press for over two years now and never needed to add mobile numbers before in header.I want users to be able to dial directly from there. Thanks in advance.
