My mobile nav dropdown is way off to the left and I can’t for the life of me find what is causing this. Have any ideas? I’m thinking it’s something I’m using Elementor and all my margins are 0.

You are using Elementor nav widget for the menu so it’s best to check with their support.
They should be able to help you out 🙂
I did and they said to ask here. They said that it’s an issue with the theme. When they changed the theme the issue goes away.
Unfortunately that’s what their support always say when they can’t figure out the problem.
As you can see in the screenshots below there isn’t a single line of code from GP:
