Mobile Menu stuck ON

http://66.39.116.14 Tom, working on a site and somehow the mobile menu is stuck in the on position, even if I turn on or off Premium Menus
I was trying to use some css to change the size of the menu to display the logo larger, but I took all custom css relating to menus out and it seems like the info didn't remove itself from the db. I do not have caching on. It occurs in all browsers on the Mac.
Hmm, it seems the entire style.css isn't being read - surprised there isn't more noticeable issues.

Turned off all Plugins (GP Premium and Simple CSS and Super Cache, although that wasn't installed yesterday). No change
Also, switched to 2017 theme and menus work right
reinstalled GP theme and it seems to be okay
Awesome, something must have been corrupted in your previous install.
