Mobile Menu Shifting on Back Action

I am having an issue where my mobile menu is shifting to two lines when I use the back or forward browser buttons.
any idea what could be causing this?

A couple of us checked the page and not seeing the issue.
Can you explain a bit more on how to make it happen?
