[Support request] Mobile menu scroll

Hello,
I’ve just noticed that the mobile menu does not allow me to scroll down anymore. This feature used to work and I’m not sure what’s causing the issue.
I checked /?nocache and it still doesn’t work so I’m confident it’s not a caching issue.
Please could you advise on what may be causing this and how to fix?

your header and navigation is built with elementor – have you checked with their support ?

No, I haven’t – I contacted you first based on my developer’s suggestion.
I can contact Elementor first if you suggest that’s the best course?

It’s the best and only course as we cannot support Elementor or any third-party plugins.

Your developer should know this if he built the site 🙂
