Mobile Menu Priority

Hey guys,
I am using your Block Hook to present some category buttons on my Home Page Banner, but seem to be having difficulty with responsiveness.
When the page is displayed on a Mobile device, the Mobile menu of force below the content block. I had a similar issue last week in Desktop view, but this was resolved by changing the Elements Priority to 1. However, this is not working for the Mobile menu.
How do I get the Mobile Menu to appear at the top of the header?

Can you try changing the priority of the Block element to 6?
This is so the Block element appears exactly below the mobile-header which has a priority of 5.
