Mobile menu positioning

I'm trying to recreate the same layout as this site for logo and menu:

It's working on desktop, but the menu appears underneath the logo on tablet and phone

I'm using mobile header now. The first mobile logo I uploaded was too big. I replaced it with a smaller one but it is still being styled to the size of the first one.
According to Chrome dev tools a file called index is setting the logo height. Any idea how to disable that?
I seem to have it working now after a lot of playing around.
