Mobile Menu Overlay Empty/missing

The mobile overlay menu appears when clicked but there's no text menu shown - it's completely blank. The Desktop menu works fine though.
I've reverted to the parent theme to rule out changes to the stylesheet etc and tried with all plugins disabled (except for GP Premium).
It used to work but not sure what's happened and when.

Edit your Menu and include Off Canvas Panel in the menus Locations.
