I'm not too sure what you mean?

If you want to show the three bars on desktop, have you looked into Menu Plus with the Slideout Menu?

Yes, I want the Desktop Menu with three bars , such as the Mobile version.

And I have not looked Menu Plus with the Slideout Menu... I'll do it!
