mobile menu not working on client site

I am working on a client site, agnescreates.com. The mobile menu will not work for some reason. I even tried to create an off canvas menu and it doesn't work. The menu functions properly in mobile view in the customizer.

I have check two different mobile browsers and the client has the same issue on her phone in another state.

I checked the forum topics and thought it might be the depth of her menu items so that is why I tried the off canvas.

Any ideas?
