Mobile menu not working

Hello again! For our website, we're noticing issues with the mobile site:
1. Secondary menu doesn't open upon tapping - why?
2. Primary menu opens but has two carrot arrows for each link - why? UI seems off.

Can you first confirm that you are using
- latest version free theme 2.0.2
- latest version of premium plugin 1.6.2
Let me know.
I am using GeneratePress Theme Version: 2.1.2 and under Plugins > Premium GP, I see "GPP 1.2.71" but not sure how to update that.
^ To clarify, if I go into Appearance > GeneratePress, I don't see the "update" section...
That's very old.

Thanks! Now I have a new issue: The mobile menu displays at the bottom of the site, both on mobile phone when tapping into the menu AND on desktop at all times (static). How can I fix this?
