Mobile Menu Not Showing Up

Go to Additional CSS field in the customizer and remove this block of CSS:

/* SLIDE OUT NAVIGATION */

.main-navigation.offside {
    overflow: visible;
}

.main-navigation .inside-navigation .menu .slideout-toggle, button.menu-toggle, .slideout-overlay {
    display: none !important;
}

Before opening a new ticket, could you please check https://mygoal.de on mobile device? I‘ve set the mobile-menu to off-canvas and this itself to mobile only. All I get is a grey overlay. In customizer it looks fine and I have pre-checked additional CSS to find probable blockings.

Hi there i don't see the Off Canvas Panel on your site.
The absence of any menu is explained here:

Thank you David for the quick response. I’ve double checked it:
Mobile-Menu is assigned to off-canvas
off-canvas is mobile only
looks fine on customizer but does not appear on iPhone (either Safari and Chrome)

I would need to see the site to tell what the issue is.

Can you please open a new topic first?

Then disable all plugins except GP Premium to test as I'm seeing some console errors that are likely causing the issue.
