Mobile Menu not showing properly

Hi,

In my settings, I have Off Canvas disables, sticky nav disabled and mobile menu disabled. But when I open my site on mobile, I dont see the menu on mobile phone at all.

But when in customiser, I see the mobile menu panel hiding right at the top (see screenshot). How can I get it at the same horizontal level as the the logo?
