Mobile Menu Not Clickable

Hi! I just upgraded, and while everything on my site looks great now, we haven't been able to get the menu bar to work on any mobile device. I have seen people talk about this issue before, but I can't figure out how anyone solved it. (It may be that I just don't understand the ways people have solved it... pretty new to this level of site editing.) The site is http://www.ohjuliaann.com. Any help is appreciated!

Nothing seems to be changing when I remove my plugins.
Do you have some sort of widget called "Look book"?
It looks like it's adding a very old version of jQuery which is bound to break most of your plugins and the theme.
