Hi Matt,
The issue is more obvious on mobile for sure – I don’t believe this behavior is normal and haven’t seen other reports on this before.
Any chance you can disable all custom functions and plugins except GP Premium for us to take a look?

Can you try removing the primary navigation background in the customizer?
It’s currently set to white but it’s unnecessary I don’t think.
