Mobile Menu Issue

Hi there,
Please can someone help... I've set a mobile menu, however, on mobile devices the menu just keeps showing the main menu.
On the desktop version of the website I want my shopping categories under 'Shop'. However, on a mobile device, I have split the categories out so that it's easier to click on them (rather than having to drop down shop), however, it just seems to be showing a mobile version of the main menu, not the mobile menu that I've set.
Many thanks,
Steph
Hi there,
Would you consider using the off canvas panel for mobile?

It should work much better for your layout and the amount of menu items.
Let me know if this helps :)
Hi there, I've changed the mobile menu to an off canvas menu.
I've then altered the 'off canvas' menu via appearance > widgets. It still isn't displaying the off canvas menu, just to mobile version of the desktop menu? I have also purged the entire cache.
Thanks,
Steph
Hi there,
You can create a completely separate menu in "Appearance > Menus", then apply that menu to the Off Canvas Panel.
No need to do anything via the "Widgets" area.
Let me know if that helps or not :)
Hi Tom, I've created a new menu. Changed the off-canvas menu to this but it's still just showing the main menu, not the new menu I've created.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance, Steph.
Just to confirm, you've added the new menu you created to the Off Canvas Menu location in "Appearance > Menus"? Any chance you can show me a screenshot of the "Appearance > Menus" page so I can see if I can spot anything?
Let me know :)
