Hi all,
I’m using GeneratePress Premium with Charge theme. Menu Pluss is activated. My website is http://www.cristianc.net.
When navigating with a mobile device, the navigation menu is empty. What I can’t understand is that in the beginning of the creation of my website, it was working fine. And now it doesn’t work anymore. Looking for solutions I found topics where the solution was to implement Off canvas menu. But when the menu was working well, I hadn’t done anything with Off canvas because I wasn’t even aware of its existence; in fact I didn’t care for the Mobile Menu at all and it was working perfectly. Have you an idea to fix the issue?
If the solution is with Off canvas, can someone explain me step by step how to do that? I’m blind (I used a braille display) and have accessibilities issues with the documentation pages of the Off canvas and the Menu settings so I’m stuck…

Hi Leo,
I tried to add an Off canvas. But when I go to the Menu Settings page of the GeneratePress documentation to figure out how to proceed, I have an accessibility issue with my braille display, this is what I can read:
“Setting a theme locationgif 6
When Secondary Navigation Add-on is activatedgif 7
When Menu Plus Add-on is activated”.Maybe the explanations are in the gifs (which are unreadable for screen readers)?
But if one is supposed to find “Off canvas” somewhere in the Menu builder in WordPress, it’s not there. I’ve checked and Menu Plus is activated. I’m totally confused…

StaffCustomer SupportJust to confirm, you don’t see the off canvas menu option in the WordPress menu builder?

No, I can’t see it. That’s why I’m confused because Menu Plus is active.
If it can help, I can give you access to an admin account (think I can switch it to English).
