It just shows nothing. It checked everything seems fine to me. I think it’s a theme bug. This can be done through Appearance > Customize > Menus or Appearance > Menus. If so and the menu isn’t appearing, can you kindly share the link to the site in question? Tried viewing your site with no cache and it appeared: https://share.getcloudapp.com/KoujZJ4b If this doesn’t work, try temporarily disabling your caching/optimization plugins to test. Kindly see: https://share.getcloudapp.com/2NumEPK7 The scenario is the same either on a real phone or on desktop – mobile view. Are you using Ezoic? Can you try disabling it temporarily, and I’ll check on my end, and on my phone as well to be sure? If you have other caching plugins as well, kindly try temporarily disabling them so we could test as well. Kindly let us know.
