    On my website, when on mobile I click on the Menu button or on three lines that represent the menu. It just shows nothing. It checked everything seems fine to me. I think it’s a theme bug.

    Hi Santokh,

    To clarify, have you assigned a menu to the Off Canvas Panel? This can be done through Appearance > Customize > Menus or Appearance > Menus.

    If so and the menu isn’t appearing, can you kindly share the link to the site in question?

    I see.

    This might be a caching/optimization issue. Can you try clearing all caching mechanisms set in your website?

    If this doesn’t work, try temporarily disabling your caching/optimization plugins to test.

    On pc with that it shows, Try to browse on Phone (real Phone), then it won’t show even after caching out.

    It doesn’t appear on PC viewing on a mobile screen on my end as well.

    The scenario is the same either on a real phone or on desktop – mobile view.

    Are you using Ezoic? Can you try disabling it temporarily, and I’ll check on my end, and on my phone as well to be sure?

    If you have other caching plugins as well, kindly try temporarily disabling them so we could test as well.
