Mobile Menu has gone

Hey team,
I am having some very weird issues with this website today, which I am struggling to explain.
Initially, all of the phone number links were presenting the wrong phone number. Unsure where these phone numbers were coming from. I have updated Wordpress, all plugins and GP Premium and I think the issue is now resolved.
However, I do not seem to have a Mobile Menu anymore and can't seem to figure out why.
Any ideas why I have no Mobile menu anymore?

Sorry, need to add more. So, pretty sure I was using the Secondary menu for mobiles previously, so I have activated the Menu Plus Element instead and now I am getting the Off Canvas Menu. However even if I set this to 'Mobile Only' it shows on all devices. Also the Off Canvas Menu is red and has no content? Furthermore, while the mobile menu has no content when 'Off Canvas Panel' is set to Mobile only, if I set it to 'on' the menu works. Obviously this is no good though as it shows on all devices and is still Red for some strange reason?
So I have reverted back to the Secondary menu settings and still no mobile menu. I'm so baffled?
In short, please can you advise how I can get some kind of mobile menu back up. Just the usual 3 bar open and close menu.

This CSS in Additional CSS is causing the issue:
.main-navigation .inside-navigation .menu .slideout-toggle, button.menu-toggle, .slideout-overlay {
display: none !important;
}Removing that should fix the issue.

Looks like it was from a site import.
