Mobile menu dropdown to open on hover

I would like the desktop menu to open on hover (have set Navigation Drop-down to hover) but I would like the mobile menu to also open while hovering on the parent element. Another solution I would consider is hover on desktop and "Click - Menu Item" on mobile (considering also that the parent menu item might have a link). Would that be possible?
Hi there,
it's not possible to Hover on a Mobile device.
The default Hover option automatically converts to Click on mobile.
The Drop Down toggles can be used to open a submenu when there is a link on the parent.
