Mobile menu different on iphone than in customize

I am using Dispatch...and the mobile layout is showing different menus on the iphone than in the customize set to mobile. I have restarted the iphone but the difference is still there. Could you please tell me what I might be setting wrong, or why the layout in wordpress is not translating to the iphone browser (Safari)?

If i log into the your site i see the 'correct' menu on mobile ie. the same as the desktop.
Which points to a caching issue.
In your optimization plugins can you delete any page cache options they have set?
David....yes it looks GREAT in the wordpress admin area...but go to your phone..I have an iphone..and its not the same. That is the problem. I deleted cache and no change...its totally different...

To check for this, temporarily disable any/all cache optimization plugins you're running, then clear the device browser cache, and recheck the site.
Thanks so much...that worked and now iphone is showing the same as on the dashboard. I had autoptimize, which was causing the problem. I will remember this in the future.
