Mobile Menu delayed appearance

As the website is loading in mobile view the top menu appears for about 1000ms and then it disappears for 2000ms and then reappears.

I've disabled hooks but that hasn't changed the condition either. Any ideas how I can fix this?

Does it only disappear for a second while scrolling down?

Is it something you can reproduce? If so, any chance you can check for plugin conflicts by disabling plugins one by one?

I will scour through the plugins and see what is going on. I give a report of my findings. Thanks for the inquiry and replies as always.

I simplified the Custom CSS and that fixed the issue.
