Mobile menu as part of desktop menu

1.Hello, I would like to understand, why the icon for the mobile menu appears on my desktop menu between the search icon and shop on the way icon when it only has to be visible when used in mobile How can I remove it?

can you temporarily disable the Off Canvas Panel in the Customizer. And save those changes.
Then clear any caches. Then go back to the Customizer and re-enable the Off Canvas Panel for Mobile.

Can you please send me a screenshot of where such a thing as Canvas Panel is located, as I did not find it anywhere? And how exactly do I clear caches, as I don't know what it is and where to find them to be able to clear them?
