    Hi,

    I don’t know what happened but my mobile menu and submenus are not working right now. The mobile menu hamburger is showing up but when I click it, nothing shows up.

    What could be the reason? Also I can give you a temporary admin account if you can help me. My website it under construction right now so I need to give you an admin account for you to see it. What is your email address?

    Hi there,

    Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

    Can you disable all plugins for me? Unfortunately I cannot do that for you.

    Hello, I disabled all of them now.

    It works when I disable everything, so I guess its a plugin problem but everything was working fine 2 days ago. I uninstalled the plugins I installed in the past two days…

    Could be due to a plugin update as well.

    If you reactivate the plugin one by one then you can identify the cause.

    Yes, the culprit is Asset CleanUp Pro. But the strange thing is I didn’t change any setting from that plugin…

    Unfortunately I don’t really have an answer for that.

    The off canvas menu hasn’t changed at all in a few versions.

    I’m only using the normal header menu. I’m not using the off canvas menu. Could it be because of JSS or CSS minification of a certain file?

    I’ve disabled CDN URL rewrite from the settings and cleared the Cloudlfare Cache and it seemed to fix the problem. Would it be possible for you to check again if you see any errors like the screenshot you posted last time?
