Mobile menu and sticky header

Hello,
I had done some configuring on the header mobile menu. While the mobile menu does display while I'm working in the customizer, it does not work when I check the site on my iphone. The mobile menu also does not display in chrome when I resize the window down to simulate mobile.
I've watched videos and have gone through the settings, but no luck.
sticky header also only works in the customizer but not in the browser or on mobile.

Are you using off canvas menu for mobile?
If so, can you try disable all other plugins to test?
yes I'm using off canvas.
Have you tried disable all plugins except GP premium as something is blocking the off canvas menu?
