Mobile Menu and logo are centered in a 320px tall container...

It appears to be "inside-navigation grid-container grid-parent" that is adding that size. It doesn't matter how the menu is configured, it's always 320px.

Go to Customizer > Typography - is there a typography option set for: Primary Mobile Menu Toggle ?
If so edit that, and change its lineheight - currently it is set to 20 without any units so the browser treats it like 20em....
