Hassan
Hi there,
First I should say that I love the GP theme. It’s fast and responsive.
We are using the “search” template and I have recently updated to the WP5.9 and PHP8 and noticed that there is a white space under the footer across the site. I’m not sure if that’s because of that. Also, the mobile menu is not according to the “search” template (although the customizer shows exactly the same but not in the actual mobile view). Can you please help me?
Thank you

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Let’s handle one issue per topic.
noticed that there is a white space under the footer across the site.
I’m not seeing this issue currently:
https://www.screencast.com/t/TEExhLWxjx3NIf you are still experiencing the issue, can you try disabling all plugins except GP Premium to test?
Let me know 🙂

Hi Leo,
Thanks for getting back so quickly. This is a bit odd, when I log into the WP the white space under the footer is not showing on any pages. However, when I’m logged out, they appear on some pages. I cleared all cache and disable all the plugins but still have this issue.

Hi Hassan,
If you’re referring to this footer: https://share.getcloudapp.com/OAu4jNby
I tried viewing the links you’ve provided in Google Chrome, Safari, and in Incognito, however, as with Leo’s experience, I was also unable to replicate the issue you specified on my end.
Google Chrome: https://share.getcloudapp.com/DOumrJeD
Safari: https://share.getcloudapp.com/rRuNQBqd
Incognito: https://share.getcloudapp.com/qGurxB1Z
With that said, to rule out caching issues, could you try viewing the website from a different browser?
Moreover, to rule out if the issue is somehow being caused by your current device, could you also try viewing the website from a different device?
On the other hand, If you’re referring to this whitespace: https://share.getcloudapp.com/GGuEzdN1
Removing the margin-bottom of the Container block of the Element above the space should remove the whitespace.
Kindly let us know if we are missing something. Hope to hear from you soon! 🙂

Hi Fernando, I think we found the culprit; it was a configuration within our cashing plugin. Thank you so much for your support.🙏🏻
