    Hi there,

    1. Mobile Menu takes long time to load and sometimes does now load.

Looks like it might be this issue here:
    https://docs.generatepress.com/article/off-canvas-panel-overview/#empty-off-canvas-navigation

If that doesn’t solve it then try disabling all plugins except GP Premium – we have not had any other reports on this.

    2. I want to remove “Menu” work next to three lines on mobile phone.

    This should help:

Can you disable all cache plugins to test? It seems the CSS of GP is all messed up.

    Let me know!

I am using Ezoic Cache which I have disabled now. Thr is no other cache plugin.

One thing I noticed. The mobile menu opens up fine when I am logged on to the site.

I’m also seeing this in the source code:
    https://www.screencast.com/t/3wnmUAhbnQZ

Can you make sure that is deactivated as well?

If that still doesn’t work, please start a staging site with all plugins disabled except GP premium and provide the dashboard access to us.

We have not had any other reports on this so further debugging is likely needed.
