Mobile logo loads slow and menu changes spots

Hi there,
I've been getting a weird issue with my mobile menu. When I upload a logo, and load a page, the menu first appears in the bottom left (as the logo loads), then when the logo loads, the menu switches to the right side. This makes the menu loads slow and it's not good for page load. I'd like for the logo to appear right away with the menu. I'm not sure how to fix this. I tried to exclude the image from the cache plugin (WP cache) but it's not helping. I tried different image sizes but it's the same issue.
