Mobile issues detected

Google search console is reporting lots of pages with mobile issues.
This is one of the pages

It says the text too small to read
Clickable elements too close together.
Is there a way to figure out exactly what on the page it thinks is too small and which elements are too close together?

I performed an visual check for the link you provided, I think the only thing I noticed is the footer. As you can see from the below screenshot, the links are very close to each other, and with their paddings they are actually overlapping with each other.

You can try to add more margins and increase font size.
