Mobile header small- desktop looks good but mobile is tiny and spaced out?

Ive uploaded my logo for my website and on desktop I am satisfied with the spacing and size. But when viewed on mobile my logo is super small, and all the way to the left. Then Menu on the far right. How do I fix this so its properly scaled and viewable on both platforms?

Yes- that is correct. See how the logo is small and on the far left? Id like it to be larger, and in the center, perhaps the menu icon below it.
