[Support request] Mobile Header Option Unavailable

Hello, I have a premium GeneratePress theme but it seems that the option to upload a mobile header is still unavailable? I’ve updated to the most recent version of GP and looked in customizer > layout > header as mentioned in other threads – but it’s not there as an option.

Is the Menu Plus module activated in “Appearance > GeneratePress”?

Hi, Tom. Yes, the Menu Plus module is activated.

When I go to customizer > layout > header, the three options available are: Header Width, Inner Header Width, and Header Alignment.

Hi Danielle, can you confirm the version of the GeneratePress Premium Plugin? It should be GP Premium 1.6.2

Hi, David. I have Version 1.2.67. It doesn’t look like there’s an update available through WordPress. Is there another way to do it?

Hi Danielle, head up to the Account > Downloads Menu and grab the latest zip file and then you can just add it manually.
