Mobile header menu breaks to another line

What are my options to make sure all the nav bar header info, logo, business name and menu appear on the same line on mobile?

I'm not sure I'm seeing what you mean. Can you provide a screenshot of this occurrence? Perhaps provide the viewport size and/or device used as well so we can check it out?

Yes, sorry Alvin, this did need some more context. I've taken a screen shot using an iPhone 11 and you will see the issue with the menu hamburger icon being forced to the next line.
Ah I see now.
The issue is because there's not enough horizontal space for all the elements to be on 1 row.
That said, consider reducing the font-size of the site title on mobile.
You can do this on Appearance > Customize > Typography. :)
