It was working OK before.
How to fix?

Logo,cart, search icon and Menu icon was in the same line before.

And no, When I was in current version it was not working.

I add that not because of this.

They are in the same line on my end.

I checked on two devices including my personal phone.

What device are you using? Can you try viewing the site on a different device?
