Mobile Header - Different logo on homepage Hero Merge

I have turned on Mobile Header. I have a logo set. But on the homepage I have a header/navigation merge and would like a different logo on that page. But on other pages and on the homepage sticky menu, I want the logo I have set in the customizer for the Mobile Header. How can I make an exception for that homepage merge mobile header logo?
