Mobile featured image not sizing properly

I have a few sites on GP and the featured images are not sizing properly, they're way wider than the screen.
I've looked through the forum and found nothing that works. Surely I'm missing something simple, do you have a document that explains it all? Obviously, I want these sites sorting out but I really just want to understand what's going on so it's not a problem when I create a new site.

Hi there,
i can't see any image that are too wide - however your home page is using WP Show Posts - if you want you can edit the Dashboard > WP Show Posts > List - Image Width and height to control it.
