Alain
Hello,
I’m having trouble setting up the display of my site on mobile phones since the customization of the theme. Indeed, the home page of the site as well as all the home pages of the different spaces are displayed only half and I do not know how to change for a normal display?
Thank you for your answers and for your help.
Well cordially,
AlainJanuary 12, 2021 at 4:30 am #1615516David
StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
that page is built with HTML Tables – which are not responsive. Is there any reason for using Tables to construct the layout ?

Hello, I don’t understand your answer. Especially since I don’t speak English and I have to go through a translator… Can you clarify your answer? Thank you!

Hi Alain,
The sections that are not showing correctly in mobile view were built with Table (forme), this element is not responsive to different sizes of screens. If you don’t have a specific reason to use the FORME structure, I would recommend you rebuild these sections.
They can be built easily with our plugin GenerateBlocks.

Hello,
That’s exactly what I’m doing right now, I’m replacing all the tables with separate sections for each item on the page.
The problem is that despite my setting with a bar display on the right, the page appears in full page.
Can you tell me how I should get a page view with a bar right when I replace my tables with sections?
Here is the link of a page set with the bar on the right that appears in full page:

Thank you for your help and very cordially.

This article should be helpful.
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/sidebar-layout/If you want to do a global layout setting, do it in customizer:
Customize > Layout > Sidebars. If you only want the layout for individual page, then do it in page editor.

Hello,
I understood that you had to add a piece of PHP code to get the sidebar displayed on the pages made with the sections.
I have another concern with comments that don’t appear on pages with sections.
Is there also a piece of code to add or how to get comments displayed on the pages?
Thank you for your help and your answers.
